That’s why we exist: to create safe, empowering spaces where girls aged 10–18 can explore who they are, build emotional strength, and connect through the science of positive psychology and the practice of personal development.

Our sessions, retreats, and events go beyond “programmes.” They’re experiences that spark courage, creativity, and belonging — turning personal growth into a movement that girls want to be part of.
Our Why
We didn’t set out to start a movement — but we couldn’t ignore what we were seeing. Girls shrinking to fit in. Women still carrying childhood doubts. Families wishing things could be different. Girls With Dreams Club became our answer.
Between us, we’d spent years raising daughters, employing young women, and walking the journey of self-belief ourselves. We’d both felt the pressures girls face to stay small or meet impossible expectations. And we’d seen how those early doubts can carry into adulthood if no one steps in to say: “You’ve got this.”
Through our businesses and professional work, we’d worked alongside incredible young women — full of potential but often lacking the confidence or support to see it.
We knew something had to change.

That’s why we created Girls With Dreams Club: a safe, inspiring community where girls can grow in confidence, be heard, and learn to back themselves fully. Because when a girl believes in herself, the ripple effect is unstoppable.
