At Girls With Dreams Club CIC (GWDC), the safety and wellbeing of every child and young person is our highest priority. We are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for all girls aged 10–17 who take part in our activities, workshops, and events.
- Every child has the right to feel safe and be protected from harm, abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
- We listen to children and take their concerns seriously.
- All staff and volunteers are trained in safeguarding and follow our Child Protection Policy.
- We work in partnership with parents, carers, schools, and safeguarding agencies.

If you ever have a concern about the safety or wellbeing of a child involved in GWDC, please contact our Safeguarding Lead or Deputy Safeguarding Lead immediately via the safeguarding phone or email. For collaboration and event planning, the DSL and Deputy DSL have shared their phone numbers with members of the Girls With Dreams Dream Board WhatsApp group.
This group is a closed, monitored space with clear rules in place, and those contact details must only be used for safeguarding or Dream Board activities. If a child is in immediate danger, call 999.
